1. About Studyreplay

Studyreplay is offered as a monthly subscription service for students who want AI-assisted course video transcription and study support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the permission of a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized party where required, and be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious or infringing material, to interfere with the website or service, or to violate applicable laws or regulations.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees and any related taxes.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that period ends.

6. Refund and Dispute Policy

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment by contacting support@dobytech.space.

After that 7-day period, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can review the issue.

7. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for using only course videos, recordings, or related materials that you have the right to access, upload, or process through the service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the website or service.
